  1. 01 How is Plantekia different from an AI consultancy?

    We do not sell AI. We sell the resolution of operational problems with custom software. AI is an internal tool we use when it helps and leave out when it does not. The typical consultancy starts from the technology; we start from the diagnosis.

  2. 02 What does resolving from three angles mean?

    Every product decision is tested from business (what return it has), user (how it is really used) and system (how it fits with what already exists). If the three angles do not converge, we do not build.

  3. 03 How long does a typical project take?

    A working MVP closed in 4 to 8 weeks. Product in production in 10 to 16 weeks. Every engagement is priced by scope, not by the hour.

  4. 04 How do you guarantee the prototype survives production?

    Tests as a contract, a signed minimum coverage, observability from day one and a human audit of every release. A pipeline that blocks deploys if the threshold drops. Every architecture decision is documented for the client’s team.

  5. 05 Is the final code yours or the client’s?

    The code belongs to the client from commit 1. We hand over the complete repository with a clear licence, living documentation and a knowledge transfer. No technical or contractual lock-in.
