Yes. The operating office is in Vitoria-Gasteiz, so kick-off meetings and phase reviews can happen in person at your office. The day-to-day work is remote, which is what makes fast progress possible.

Projects start from €12,000 with a fixed price by scope, not open-ended hours. The exact price comes out of the initial diagnostic, which takes two to three weeks and ends with scope, timeline and amount in writing.

We prepare the technical documentation the Basque Government and SPRI programmes ask for, such as Hazinnova and Enpresa Digitala. A well-presented project can co-finance a meaningful share of the development.

04 Do you work with the ERP we already have?
Yes. We integrate with what is already running instead of forcing a migration: SAP, Sage, Odoo, Navision, spreadsheets and whatever internal tools you use. We expect to find systems with years on them.

05 How soon will I have something working?
Between four and eight weeks for a minimum working product, with deliveries every one or two weeks so you see real progress. The timeline is committed in writing before we start.
