Service · Integration

We integrate what you already have. We remove the handoffs.

An old ERP plus Excel plus emails is not an operation, it is a distributed bottleneck. We map the real flow, connect the systems you already paid for and remove the manual handoffs that are bleeding you. With AI where it earns its place. Often a well-written script beats an agent.

The problem

Hours that vanish into predictable tasks.

01

Endless spreadsheets.

Data copied from one system to another by people. Silent errors. Decisions made on stale information.

02

Emails that get lost.

Customer requests, internal incidents, approvals. Everything moves by email, with no status and no assigned owner. What nobody answers is recorded nowhere.

03

Processes with no owner.

Every team does "their bit" of a process nobody sees end to end. Invisible bottlenecks, the end customer waiting without knowing why.

How we tackle it

Mapping → ROI → automation → measurement.

We never automate without mapping first. A badly understood process, automated, is an amplified failure. The mapping takes 2 weeks and produces the prioritised plan of attack.

  1. 01

    Mapping (2 wks)

Shadowing key people, interviews, task sampling. Output: a visual map of the process with the critical points and the estimated current cost.

  2. 02

    Prioritised ROI

A list of candidate tasks ordered by expected return. We calculate hours saved, implementation cost and payback.

  3. 03

    Automation

An AI agent, or a pipeline with no AI if AI adds nothing (sometimes a basic script is better). Integration with your existing systems.

  4. 04

    Measurement

A dashboard with hours saved, errors avoided, cycle time. Updated automatically. Monthly review.

What you get

Processes automated and measured.

Process map

An operational diagram of how your team works today. Useful in itself even if you automate nothing — something usually turns up that you did not know.

One agent per task

Each automation bounded to one specific job. Auditable, switchable off individually, replaceable without breaking the rest.

ROI dashboard

Hours recovered, savings in euros, error rate before and after. Shareable with the board without a spreadsheet in the middle.

Operating manual

What to do if an agent fails, how to restart it, who to escalate to. Your team is left able to operate without us.

Integration with your stack

We connect to Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP as needed. Without migrating tools.

Quarterly review

Optional agreement: every 3 months we review results, adjust agents and propose the next processes to automate.

Where we have built it

Our own products, not slides.

How to choose which processes to automate in a company (without wasting money)

Automating is not the goal: it is the tool. The expensive mistake is not automating badly, it is automating the wrong thing. This is the no-hype guide to deciding which processes to automate first, and which to leave alone.

RPA vs AI agents: the differences and when to use each

RPA follows the rules you gave it; an AI agent decides how to meet an objective within a bounded perimeter. They are not rivals: they are different layers. We explain when each is enough and how much they cost to maintain.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

  1. 01 Which processes automate best?

Any repetitive task with clear rules or plentiful documentation: email categorisation, data extraction from invoices, recurring report generation, level-1 support replies, lead qualification. The more regularity, the higher the ROI.

  2. 02 How is the cost of automating a process calculated?

It depends on how many integrations there are, how rule-bound the task already is and the monthly volume. Highly repetitive processes with clear rules and few integrations are the ones that pay for themselves soonest. Those with legacy systems or fuzzy logic need mapping first. We close on an agreed scope after the mapping.

  3. 03 What if the agent gets it wrong?

Every agent has a kill switch and an auditable log. If a critical process fails, it is switched off in seconds while we investigate. For high-impact processes (finance, legal) there is always human review in the middle.

  4. 04 Does this work for SMEs or only for large corporates?

Especially well for SMEs: less system complexity, fast decisions, immediately visible impact. Our typical fit is a company of 20–500 employees with at least one manual process consuming more than 10 hours a week of the team.

  5. 05 Does my team have to learn to code?

No. We design so that day-to-day operation needs no technical knowledge. For changes and new processes it does help to have at least one technical liaison; if not, we offer outsourced maintenance.

  6. 06 Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. We handle personal data with signed data processing agreements. Depending on the case, self-hosted models or providers with EU standard contractual clauses. All documented.
